It’s great for all types of shot selection, and the variety of plastics available allow you to experiment with which one suits you best.

About the plastic: Exo is a standard baseline plastic that is affordable, and has a good grip. They come in two different flexes, Exo Hard and Exo Soft. These will wear gradually, leading to a more understandable flight.
